Founder and leader of the Church of Rabbi in Ghana has revealed that Ghana’s President, Akufo-Addo might die in six months if nothing is done to reverse a curse on him.
According to Adom Online, Prophet Kwabena Tawiah indicated that some members of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have visited shrines to eliminate the first gentleman of the land.
The motive behind this evil plot, the controversial prophet noted in an exclusive interview on Adom News Monday, is because some people in the NPP are still bitter about the victory of President Akufo-Addo.
Citing the death of late President John Evans Atta Mills as an example, the Church of Rabbi Spiritual leader said the assailants intend to use the same method to eliminate the President.
“I warned Atta Mills about the plot to kill him, he ignored me and look at what happened. They intend to use the same method to kill Nana Addo,” he stated.
Prophet Tawiah, whose prophecies for the last twenty-eight years have almost always come to pass, however, cautioned the NPP not to make ‘nonsense’ out of his predictions because the doom that befell the late Atta Mills may repeat itself if the right steps are not taken.
“I challenge the NPP to consult any deity to prove me wrong. They would be shocked if they don’t take the necessary precautions to protect President Akufo-Addo.”
Earlier today Nigeria’s Senate President, Bukola Saraki and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, were reported to be in a closed-door meeting at the Presential Villa, Abuja with President Muhammadu Buhari.
While speaking with State House correspondents after the meeting, the senate president, Bukola Saraki, and the Reps Speaker, Yakubu Dogara, said they visited the President, to discuss matters of “national interest”, adding that the president “engaged them very well”.
Saraki said they specifically “came to discuss issues and activities of the National Assembly during the absence of the president”, adding the meeting centred on the “budget, the economy, CBN, Euro bond, the issue of the ambassadorial list, the stability in the Niger Delta, and a whole range of issues”.
On his perception of the president’s state of health, the senate president said Buhari met with them for 40 minutes, adding “I was not talking to myself.? He is doing very well, we discussed issues of national interest”.
On his part, Yakubu Dogara said they were not at the villa to assess the president’s health, adding that the journalists who are always there surely knew the president was doing well.
On the relationship between the executive and legislature, Dogara said it was not in the place of the legislature to fight the executive.
“We fight on issues but mostly issues of national interest. We fight on behalf of the people for the purpose of progress. There is one government and no division. If he fails, we all fail, so it is in realisation of this that we always extend the needed support to ensure that he succeeds, so that the government will be rated as a success,” he said.
A man identified as Ifeanyi Madu alias Nwa Jesus died on Monday after police alleged that the bike on which he was riding pillion skidded on Kothanur Avalahalli Road, police said.
Policemen in India have been fingered and accused of murdering a Nigerian man and staging it to look like an accident.
According to a report by the Times of India, the African community, however, has described the death as “murder” and is questioning the police version of events.
The Central Crime Branch, which is the complainant in the case, said its team was at the spot to conduct a drug bust when the accident occurred. K N Yashavanth Kumar, inspector, women and narcotic cell of the Central Crime Branch (CCB), said in his complaint that his team was on Kothanur Avalahalli Road expecting to make an arrest after an exchange of drugs for money when the accident occurred.
A senior officer said the team had left the office around 7.30pm and was waiting at the spot.
The African community, contesting the police version, said that some of its members saw Madu with plainclothes police officers near a supermarket in the area around 10pm. In a letter to the Nigerian high commission in New Delhi, they have sought its intervention so that the case is handed over to an independent agency like the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
An official statement quoting Kumar’s complaint said: “The team was waiting by the road. Around 12.10am (Monday), two persons riding a scooter passed and returned, making a U-turn; suddenly the rider tried speeding with the intention of running away.”
Police said the rider lost control, and the pillion rider was tossed from the bike. The rider left him behind and escaped. Yashvanth’s complaint said his team took the victim to Bowring and Lady Curzon hospital in Shivajinagar, and the doctor declared him as “dead on arrival.”
Later, representatives of 11 African nations were called to the hospital in a bid to identify the man. They circulated his photograph on WhatsApp and the victim was identified as Ifeanyi Madu alias NWA Jesus.
Based on information provided by the Nigerian community, police have contacted the Foreigner Regional Registration Office and are awaiting confirmation of the man’s identity. Police said they do not have any conclusive evidence at present to link Madu with any kind of criminal activity, including drug dealing.
The community’s legal adviser Bosco Kaweesi said: “The nature of the injuries do not point to an accident. We want an impartial investigation into the matter. This murder comes close on the heels of the murder of a Ugandan woman in February, who the police conveniently called a prostitute and her death has not been investigated properly.”
Police maintain that the death was caused by an accident and that they never had Madu in custody. Police have seized the vehicle involved in the accident but had not traced its owner or the rider. They have found a mobile phone, which they think belonged to Madu.
Police commissioner Praveen Sood said: “We are checking those details. We don’t know if it is a stolen vehicle. We cannot say anything now.”

Joro Olumofin shared the sad story of a UK-based Nigerian man who is seeking for advise as his relationship with his girlfriend is set to hit the rocks.

Olakunle Churchill the estranged husband of Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh had accused the actress of destroying his properties worth $15,000 dollars in Ghana in 2015.
This allegation was confirmed by a Ghanaian authority that many are of the opinion that it was staged, following the actress’s denial that it was all lies.
However, Kemi Olunloyo finally spoke about the actress’s marriage saga, and for the journalist she was of the opinion that Tonto should have shot him when she was physically abused.
As a victim of Domestic Violence when she was 25 years old, Kemi Olunloyo is an individual who doesn’t tolerate domestic violence.
For some like her who have been through series of violence, it’s no wonder why she is so verbally violent and ready to reign hell on any one who steps on her toes.
She wrote: “THIS POST IS DEDICATED TO @TONTOLET #tontodikeh from a bold, brave, transparent woman. Like #ArethaFranklin and #WhitneyHouston sang “I’m every woman, it’s all in me”. The reason I brand myself as the most intelligent woman in Nigeria is simple. I do what others are SCARED to do.
I’m proud of myself, never been married, probably never will. I have written on Facebook that if I marry it will be for money and never love and that’s why billionaire #Bauchi Forex prince Ahmed Makama said he wasn’t giving up on me cos he’s been after me since our London school days when I was 17yo and he was 19.
Today Makama is 55yo and married with lots of grown kids and grandkids and wants a second wife. I will never be THE SECOND WIFE or be in a polygamous relationship. Even his Hausa wife is “excited to have me join as wife #2”.
I illustrated this beating around the bush to u @tontolet because I wanted to show the upcoming ones that many things attract us to marriage. Money, status looks etc. Regarding Churchill, YOU SHOULD HAVE KILLED HIM while you had the GUN!
I’m a gun violence activist. I promote guns for protection not for slaughtering, assassinations etc. It is to protect u from the bad elements.
As a social critic and investigative journalist people were waiting for my view. I was still investigating @zukiliciouz interview and your write ups. When I posted my #domesticviolence pics on Facebook 2013 with my entire hand in a man’s mouth bitten like an animal, my head busted with a pipe, people were shocked. Men glorified it…Kemi must have done the man wrong.”
