The Canada-based lady involved in an alleged marriage scandal with the General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has said that her affair with the cleric involved a lot of s*x.
Stephanie Otobo, speaking at a press conference in Lagos on Friday, said she spent time with Apostle Suleman in Naples, New York, and Lagos.
“Most of the times we spent together, we had s*x. I refused to have a threesome with him because I’m not a lesbian and I don’t like women touching me. He told me he did that with all his past girlfriends, that I was the only one (who refused), that it’s very rude that I can do that to him,” she told journalists.
Stephanie and Suleman (popularly known as Apostle Suleman) have been engaged in accusations and counter-accusations this week with the lady insisting the pastor reneged on a marriage promise made last year. Suleman denies the claims, insisting he never met the lady.
On Thursday, the cleric threatened to sue Festus Keyamo, Stephanie’s lawyer, demanding a retraction of his client’s allegation of forceful abortion of her pregnancy, among other allegations, and N1 billion as damages.
During the week, 23-year-old Stephanie had released explicit photographs of herself and Suleman in a phone conversation, a revelation her critics said was a photoshop. She also said the cleric had confided in her that sexual relations with his wife was virtually non-existent.
On Friday, inside Festus Keyamo’s Lagos office, journalists pressed her for more evidence – an incontrovertible one like bank statements, phone records, messages.
After, Stephanie said she had more explicit photos of Suleman, including one he was holding his p*nis, a reporter asked her the size of Suleman’s manhood and to rate his performance in bed.
“Is it big? Is it small?” the reporter elucidated, about the size. “Well…it’s not very small, it’s an average size,” Stephanie responded.
“He’s very good (in bed), he likes to end it off on the back, on your back all the time, I don’t know why.
“And also, even while sleeping, he doesn’t wanna stop, he’s dozing off he goes ‘continue,’ I go ‘Daddy, you’re sleeping.’ He doesn’t wanna stop, he wants to keep going while sleeping.”
She also said Mr. Suleman hardly eats his meals. “I don’t really get into people that much, that don’t wanna talk, I focus more on me and him. If I’m poke-nosing I don’t think I will last with him that long.
“But I know he can’t eat, because I can say things that I saw when spending time with him. He has… I don’t know you know when a wicked brother, when no one is pursuing them, he just can’t eat, he’s worried, he’s always worried.
“He can’t eat, he wants me to pet him to eat, then I’ll beg him ‘Daddy please eat,’ and he goes ‘I love you so much.’”
In his response to Stephanie, whom he claimed was a self-confessed stripper based in Canada, Suleman denied ever having a physical contact with the lady, saying they only communicated via phone.
But the lady said they had spent time in hotels in Naples, Italy; New York, and Lagos between June 2015 when they met and last year. “We were at New York together, two months after I left Napoli. Then he invited me to Nigeria. We were always having s*x,” she said.
“In Nigeria, we stayed at Protea Hotel in Ikeja. there’s another hotel after Airport Hotel, there’s a gas station, there’s a new hotel on your right, that’s where he gave me something to drink. I thought it was juice, he brought it, he said let’s drink together, and then he didn’t want to drink, he wanted to eat.
“The night he gave me 8,000 Euros, he was trying to show me that this was real and it would never end, I think he was trying to capture me both physically, spiritually, and mentally. Giving somebody so much money, you’re trying to capture them so that without you, they cannot live, because you wanna make yourself their god, that’s what he was trying to do.
“When he came, he was like, ‘this was all I realised today, here you go,’ on the table. Then he said this is how much I love you. After the three days crusade (in Naples), he collected all the money, I was inside, and said, ‘this is all I realised.’ He gave me everything.
“He told me this was discreet, we couldn’t even call a taxi in the morning when he wanted to discharge me, he had to take a walk with me from his hotel by 4 a.m. to my hotel. I was worried because it could be dangerous, in a place where I don’t know, a new country and everything. He walked me to my hotel and stayed till 7am and went back to his hotel. He said because we have to be discreet, we cannot call a taxi.”
Stephanie said she didn’t save up enough evidence because she didn’t know “all of these would be happening.”
She also said most of her evidence were lost after her laptop was stolen on arrival at the Lagos airport last year. “I wanted to get rid of him and deleted his number, everything. It was when I suspected something was going on, last year, it was when I started gathering evidence.”
The police, last Monday, arraigned Stephanie before a Chief Magistrate Court in Lagos on a four count charge of terrorism, fraud, and blackmail. She pleaded not guilty.
At Friday’s press conference, Stephanie called on the police to check her bank records to see how Mr. Suleman sent her money directly from his bank account.
“Apart from the cash that he gives me, like a lot of cash that he gives me. I’m not talking about 8,000 Euros, I’m not talking about 12,000 Dollars in two weeks,” she said.
“If I was a cheap prostitute, how much do you send a cheap prostitute in Canada all the way from Nigeria. I’m based in Canada I’m sure there are a lot of women that needs money here in Nigeria, how many women or cheap prostitutes has he sent money here in Nigeria?
“We are petitioning the police on that. And also the issue of photoshopping pictures, in between the photoshopped pictures there should be an original copy if the pictures were photoshopped, it must be photoshopped from something, he should provide that. Because I have the cell phones that I used to take the pictures, I still have every original pictures.
“Also, the police should check my passport, he took me to Napoli, he had a programme there, a conference for three days. The police should check his passport, the period it was stamped to Napoli and check my passport, the period I was stamped to Napoli if it was the same stamp, He should wake up and face the truth.
“I want the police to check on the issue when he gave me substance to drink and that almost cost me my life, this was one of the main reasons that really caused all of this. After I got pregnant, he gave me substance to drink, I started bleeding, stooling blood for over one year. I was so scared and I lost the baby.”
Stephanie demanded a public apology from Suleman.
She also told him to publicly apologise to his congregation. “I want him to publicly accept his sins, and beg for forgiveness from God.”

President Muhammadu Buhari said on Friday that the performance of Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo while he was away, was buoyed by his youthfulness and intellectual capacity.
The president, however, said of himself that he has age and military background going for him.
Mr. Buhari made these observations when he received political leaders in the State House shortly after he returned to Nigeria from medical vacation on Friday.
The president departed for London on January 19, in a trip that was initially announced as annual vacation but which later turned out to be an extended medical vacation.
The president handed over to Mr. Osinbajo, who has been acting president for the past 50 days. Mr. Osinbajo’s capacity had seen him swear in a new Chief Justice of Nigeria, sign seven bills into law, criss-cross the restive Niger-Delta to appease the oil-producing communities, amongst other critical national assignments.
The vice president’s pace of action was commended by several Nigerians, prompting many to suggest that he should continue playing the major roles in the government.
“Youth and intellect is squarely behind him,” Mr. Buhari said while commending the work done by Mr. Osinbajo. “Continue to do the work, Nigeria will continue whether we are here or not.”
Mr. Buhari said he has his age and experience but strongly encouraged the vice president to step up activities in critical sectors of the country.
“Age and purely military experience is behind me,” he said. “ And my single most important advice is for you to take education of everybody under you very seriously. We must do more on education.”
Mr. Osinbajo, in his response, acknowledged there were challenges but appreciated the trust his principal reposed in him, quipping that he found going around in borrowed robes most enchanting.
“I must say that it has been an interesting period going around the nation maybe in borrowed robes,” the acting president said. “I must say I had a very interesting and challenging time but above all, the president gave us the good support.”
A statement from the State House said Mr. Buhari will officially write to the National Assembly to notify senators of his intention to reassume his opposition as president.
A civic group, CISLAC, had earlier commended the president for asking Mr. Osinbajo to act as president while he recovered.
In a statement by Auwal Rafsanjani, its executive director, CISLAC said the president’s personal acknowledgement of his health crisis and delegation of presidential powers to his vice president were unprecedented.
“We consider this decision very patriotic, confirming the president as a statesman and leader who places national interest above personal interests and does not possess the sit-tight mentality typical of many leaders on the continent,” the group said.

A 34-year-old man, Isaac Sackey, have been arrested by Ghanaian police after stabbed a Nigerian prostitute to death who allegedly stole his GH¢120 after he had had s*x with her.
We had earlier reported the incident. After the incident, Sackey reported himself over to the police after stabbing the said prostitute two times in the stomach and thigh.
According to Graphic Online, he is said to have approached the woman, identified only as Tina, a Nigerian, for s*x at a drinking spot at Baatsona, near the Spintex Road, in Accra, at about 8 p.m. last Wednesday after having some drinks with his male friends.
After drinking some bottles of liquor, the two are said to have agreed on a fee for the service and they went off to Sackey’s house where they spent the night.
The Accra Regional Police Command Public Relations Officer, Assistant Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mrs Effia Tenge told the Daily Graphic that according to Sackey, after several bouts of sexual intercourse with the woman, he went to the washroom to freshen up at about 2 a.m.
When he returned, he saw the woman going through his belongings in the bedroom and realised that GH¢120 cash had been stolen.
Mrs Tenge said Sackey told the police that he immediately accused the woman of stealing the money but she denied it.
“In the heat of an ensuing argument, the woman is said to have pulled a knife from her bag and attempted to stab Sackey,” she said.
However, according to Mrs Tenge, Sackey told the police that a scuffle ensued and in the course of the struggle he overpowered the woman and the knife mistakenly injured her in the stomach.
She said Sackey locked his room and then went to the Psychiatric Hospital to report the issue where he was directed by the hospital authorities to report himself to the police.
After receiving the news, Mrs Tenge said police officers went to the Manet Gardens Apartment of Sackey where the body of the victim was found lying in a pool of blood.
A careful assessment of the body by the police, she said, revealed that the victim had a knife wound in the stomach and on the thigh, indicating that she had been stabbed twice. The body has since been deposited at the Police Hospital morgue for preservation.
The deceased is yet to be identified by the family since the suspect claimed it was the first time they had met at the drinking spot. Some neighbours of the suspect claimed he had a mental disorder, but the police are yet to verify that information.
Popular Lagos-based human rights activist, Festus Keyamo has warned the founder and General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman to stop dragging his name into the ongoing adultery scandal hanging around his neck.
The fiery preacher was warned by the controversial lawyer against making malicious comments about him, maintaining that he was not behind Suleman’s travails.
Recall that Apostle Suleman and Keyamo have been on each other’s neck following the outbreak of the news that the former was allegedly involved in romantic and s*xual relationship with a Canada-based Nigerian singer, Stephanie Otobo.
A letter from Festus Keyamo Chambers dated March 4, 2017 and addressed to the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), had claimed that Stephanie began a romantic relationship with Apostle Suleiman in Canada in 2015.
The letter also alleged that the pastor told her he was divorced from his wife and proposed to her, before meeting with her family for introduction declaring his intention to marry her. Suleman, however, debunked the allegation, saying that he never had anything to do with Ms. Otobo.
On Friday, Suleman pulled another shocker when he claimed that “Festus Keyamo and his paymasters had concluded plans to unveil cloned video clips in a desperate bid to prove that he had an amorous relationship with one Miss Stephanie Otobo.”
The cleric also claimed that there were plots to kill or terribly harm Stephanie Otobo and frame him or his agents as being responsible for the heinous act.
Apparently reacting to the revelation made by Suleman in a statement issued on behalf of the Keyamo Chambers, the lawyer warned the man of God to stop denting his hard-earned name and reputation in a bid to pull off his neck from his ‘sins.’
The letter jointly signed by Uchenna B. Moneke, and Oluwafemi Olabisi reads:
“The attention of Festus Keyamo Chambers has been drawn to a series of press releases and letters by one Apostle Johnson Suleman (who claims to be a “man of God”) and his lawyers attacking the person of our Head of Chambers, Mr. Festus Keyamo in respect of the discharge of our professional duties to one of our clients, Miss Stephanie Otobo. Whilst our formal response to the ill-advised letter by his lawyers is on its way to him, we deem it necessary to make this release in response to the series of releases Apostle Suleman has recently made.
Firstly, Mr. Festus Keyamo is not even PERSONALLY INVOLVED in this matter. He has no personal interest in it at all. Upon accepting the brief of Miss Stephanie Otobo at the Lagos office, Mr. Keyamo, (who has been in the Abuja office all this while) instructed three of the lawyers in Lagos (including both undersigned) to handle the brief professionally.
Apart from an informal and friendly phone conversation Mr. Festus Keyamo had with a reporter in Punch Newspapers and one other blog about this matter, Mr. Keyamo has never personally signed or issued any letter or press release on this issue.
The lawyers in the Lagos office are working on this. So, it baffles us that Apostle Suleman and his aides have decided to drag Mr. Keyamo PERSONALLY into this issue. Mr. Keyamo never owed Apostle Suleman any professional duty and so was under no legal restriction to accept a brief against him.
Secondly, all the allegations of some imaginary grand conspiracy being perpetrated against Apostle Suleman are not only pathetic, but are ludicrous and a nonsensical smokescreen. We have the instruction of our client to ask Apostle Suleman the following questions:
(a) Whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that instructed him to be paying millions into the account of our client who he calls a “stripper” all the way in Canada.
(b) Whether it is his special calling as a so-called “man of God” to be paying millions to strippers and prostitutes to leave their trade, when there are poor women and widows within his congregation in Nigeria that need help badly.
(c) Whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that instructed him to be exchanging amorous text messages with a girl he calls “a stripper”. These text messages would all be investigated and revealed when full criminal investigations commence.
(d) Whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that instructed him to be having Skype conversations with Miss Stephanie Otobo and to be requesting her to open her bare breasts to him.
(e) Whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that told him to be exposing his private part to Miss Stephanie on Skype; which pictures are in our custody.
We make bold to say that when criminal investigations commence, all these text messages and pictures would be subjected to serious forensic analysis, and the truth would be established. The hotels they slept in and the evidence of their meetings in and out of this country would be revealed. The pitiable excuse of “photo-shop” has become a convenient escape route for all culprits caught on tape these days.
Finally, Mr. Festus Keyamo is not the problem of the ‘Apostle” gentleman. His problem is the little girl whom he thought he could easily take advantage of and destroy her life. Somehow, she has found the strength and the voice to fight back and this is where we are now. Other unfortunate victims of this same self-proclaimed “Man of God” are also in touch with us now and are also itching to tell their story, with proofs.
Please, he should face the consequences of his “sins” and leave Mr. Keyamo alone.
About 25,000 youths yesterday stormed the Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka, the Anambra State capital, to solidarise with the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.
The rally with the hashtag #westandforBuhari drew youths from all the local government areas of the state, according to The Nation.
The rally led to traffic gridlock on adjoining roads including Zik Avenue and Arthur Eze Avenue.
Addressing the youths, the Co-ordinator of the rally,Comrade Chijioke Onyekaonwu said that anything that would hinder Igbo Presidency in 2023 after Buhari’s tenure would be resisted by Ndi Igbo.
“History always repeats itself but the Igbo proverb, a tree does not prick a man’s eyes twice, says it all as regards the Igbo political interest as it stands now,” he said.
He added:”The Igbo political opportunity to clinch the presidency in 2015 was lost due to the political rascality and selfishness of the Igbo political elite who abandoned the support for a Northern candidate to complete Yar’Adua second tenure which would have culminated in an Igbo presidency in 2015.
“Rather, they followed a suicidal support for the Jonathan presidency which ultimately killed the Igbo opportunity for the presidency in 2015.
“We therefore support this administration to exhaust its mandate to give way to an Igbo presidency in 2023 and we will resist any individual or group of persons who want to elongate this process by disturbing this present administration.
“We have come out in our millions to tell our President, Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, that Ndigbo completely support his administration, and we will do whatever that is constitutionally permissible to make sure that his plans to make our lives better are achieved.
“We will stand against any person or group that tries anything whatsoever to derail this administration, and we will be very vocal in our stand that Buhari is our President and he will remain so while things change for good within his two term tenure.”
A 30-year-old drug dispenser, Godswill Umoren, has been arrested by the Nigerian Police in Akamkpa Local Government Area of Cross River State, for allegedly injecting a pregnant woman, Mrs. Uduak Udofia, in an attempt to abort her pregnancy.
According to a report by Southern City News, the injection, led to the death of Mrs. Udofia on February 11, 2017.
It was learnt on Friday that Umoren, who claimed to be a chemist, was said have administered the injection following the advice of the deceased’s husband, Sunday Udofia.
Parading the suspect alongside 21 other alleged criminals at the headquarters of the Cross River State Police Command in Calabar, the state Commissioner of Police, Hafiz Inuwa, said that the administered injection was meant to terminate the pregnancy of the deceased.
Inuwa said the suspect had confessed to the crime and would soon be charged to the court. “On February 11, 2017, one Sunday Udofia reported at Akamkpa Police Division that a chemist identified as Godswill Umoren had, in a bid to terminate and abort the pregnancy of his wife, Uduak Udofia, administered injection which led to her death. The suspect has confessed to the offence and will soon appear in court,” he said.
But Umoren, who is an indigene of Ikot-Ekpene in Akwa Ibom State, admitted to administering the injection despite being a qualified health worker.
“I was the one that gave her the injection. Her husband called me to his house to examine his sick wife. I asked her what happened, she said that she was having body pain and they bought drugs for her. When I gave her the injection initially, she did not die.
“I am not a medical personnel, I learnt how to administer drugs and inject patients from my brother who is a doctor. I only helped her to recover,” he said.
The Festus Keyamo Chambers on Friday said it has pictures of Apostle Johnson Suleiman, founder of the Omega Fire Ministry exposing his private part to Miss Stephanie Otobo on Skype.
Reacting to Suleiman’s mandate on Festus Keyamo to tender an apology and pay him N1 billion for scandalizing his personality, the Keyamo Chambers warned Suleiman to leave their boss out of the picture and punctured any form of apology for the preacher.
A statement issued by the Festus Keyamo Chambers on Friday and signed by Uchenna Moneke and Oluwafemi Olabisi, counsel to Otobo said Suleiman should be asked “whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that told him to be exposing his private part to Miss Stephanie on Skype; which pictures are in our custody and whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that instructed him to be paying millions into the account of our client whom he calls a “stripper” all the way in Canada.”
The statement added that Suleiman should be also be asked whether it was his special calling as a so-called “man of God” to be paying millions to strippers and prostitutes to leave their trade, when there were poor women and widows within his congregation in Nigeria that needed help badly.
The chamber further said Suleiman should be asked “whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that instructed him to be exchanging amorous text messages with a girl he calls “a stripper”. These text messages would all be investigated and revealed when full criminal investigations commence and whether it is the Hausa/Fulani herdsmen that instructed him to be having Skype conversations with Miss Stephanie Otobo and to be requesting her to open her bare breasts to him.”

The hotels they slept in and the evidence of their meetings in and out of this country would be revealed. The chamber added that Keyamo was not the problem of the ‘Apostle,” but that his problem was the little girl whom “he thought he could easily take advantage of and destroy her life. Somehow, she has found the strength and the voice to fight back and this is where we are now. Other unfortunate victims of this same self-proclaimed “Man of God” are also in touch with us now and are also itching to tell their story, with proofs.”
However, the chamber said Keyamo was not even personally involved in the matter and had no personal interest, adding that upon accepting the brief of Miss Otobo at the Lagos office, Mr. Keyamo instructed three of the lawyers in Lagos to handle the brief professionally.
“Apart from an informal and friendly phone conversation Mr. Festus Keyamo had with a reporter in Punch Newspapers and one other blog about this matter, Mr. Keyamo has never personally signed or issued any letter or press release on this issue.
