According to Adesina, the letter would make Buhari’s return to the country formal and constitutional.
He wrote,“PMB will Monday transmit letter to N’ Assembly on his return to the country. That makes his return to work formal, and constitutional.”
Buhari had in January embarked on medical vacation to London, United Kingdom, UK.
Shortly after his departure, rumour had it that he was dead and this was fuelled by the fact that sent a letter to the National Assembly , informing them of his decision to extend his vacation on the day he was expected back then.
Buhari, however, arrived the country in the wee hours of Friday.
He touched down at the new Kaduna International Airport amid tight security at about 4.pm.
Presidency sources said the President arrived at about 4am.
Apostle Johnson Suleman, the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, has alleged that Festus Keyamo and those he described as his paymasters have concluded plans to unveil cloned video clips to justify their claim that he has had an amorous relationship with his accuser, Stephanie Otobo.
Suleman equally claimed that Keyamo and “his paymasters” have also decided to kill or terribly harm Otobo in the bid to frame him or his agents as being responsible for the heinous act.
The Communications Manager to Apostle Suleman, Phrank Shaibu, in a statement in Abuja said intelligence available indicated that Keyamo and his paymasters are bent on nailing the pastor for daring to stand and speak up against the ploy by leaders of a section of the country against Christians.
The statement, released on Friday, said: “We have it on good authority that some persons have been in a hotel in Lagos where they are daily undergoing voice training and learning how to speak like Apostle Suleman. Others are also recreating scenes and editing video clips to give the impression that our Senior Pastor is involved. All in a bid to want to nail him.”
Shaibu, therefore, urged Nigerians to disregard the videos when they become public as counterfeit, pointing out that the plan by Keyamo and his paymasters to silence the General Overseer and thereby annihilate Christians in the country would fail.
He said: “Is it a coincidence that the so called scandal is coming up no soon after Apostle Suleman spoke against the persecution of Christians in Kaduna? Why is a matter purportedly perpetrated since 2015 coming up now. And who is paying for the high intrigue and drama daily injected into the process?.”
The spokesman is however worried that Otobo may be killed or severely harmed as a ditch effort to implicate Suleman, giving that all other plans to nail him has failed abysmally.
He said: “That is our fear. That they would not be patient to allow the courts do their job. In fact, they have not even gone to court. They are not ready to wait for the truth to come out. We are reliably informed that they may kill her or cause severe bodily harm and turn round to say that it is our pastor that did it. We cannot put anything past them at this stage.”
Shaibu reiterated the determination of the fiery pastor to defend his name and that of the church from attack by agents of Satan, pointing out that what is happening now did not come as a surprise to the ministry.
He said: “When Archbishop Olubunmi Okogie spoke forcefully against misrule of government, the military authorities unsuccessfully tried to nail him with a woman. When Pastor Tunde Bakare could not be cowed by an unpopular administration, they also tried to do same to him. So it is consistent for the same evil men to want to shut up Apostle Suleiman as a critical voice of reason against the persecution of Christians in a section of the country.”
Sen. Ahmed Makarfi, former Kaduna governor and PDP’s national caretaker committee chairman, has urged Nigerians to continue to pray for the full recovery of President Muhammadu Buhari.
“We are happy to welcome the president from his medical vacation in London. We welcome him home; but we will continue to pry his full recovery,” Makarfi told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), in a telephone interview on Friday in Jos.
Buhari, who traveled to London on a medical vacation on Jan. 19, returned to the country on Friday, March 10. “The PDP will continue to pray for the president; all Nigerians should do same.
“Presiding over Nigeria is a huge task, so we must pray for sound and steady health so that Buhari can effectively handle that tough job,” Makarfi said, in his reaction to the news.
Meanwhile, Nigerians across religious and political faiths have taken to the streets in Masaka, Mararaba and Keffi in Nasarawa State, to celebrate the safe return of the president from London. Newsmen report that the jubilant crowds took over the busy Abuja-Keffi highway, causing a heavy traffic snarl.
Some of the residents, who spoke with journalists in Karu, said that they were happy over his safe return, and prayed for God’s guidance and protection to enable him perform his constitutional responsibilities to Nigerians.
Vanguard correspondents, who monitored the jubilation, observed that the residents held placards appreciating God for the safe return of Buhari.

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari said on Friday he would need more rest and health tests after coming home from nearly two months of medical leave in Britain during which his deputy, Yemi Osinbajo, stamped his authority on economic policy.
Shortly after arriving back from London, the 74-year former general told officials he was feeling “much better” but wanted to rest over the weekend, raising questions about his ability to run Africa’s biggest economy and most populous nation.
Osinbajo, a lawyer who is seen as more business-friendly than Buhari, played an active role in driving policy changes in Africa’s top oil producer during the president’s seven-week absence.
The Nigerian stock market jumped to a one-month high when Buhari returned, but trimmed gains after his comments about his continued ill-health raised fears of policy confusion and a power vacuum.
Dressed in a dark kaftan and Muslim prayer cap, Buhari walked stiffly but unaided from his plane after it landed at an air force base in the northern city of Kaduna.
After greeting a handful of provincial and military officials, he boarded a helicopter to Abuja to address Osinbajo and his top military and security commanders in a brief speech.
“I deliberately came back towards the weekend so that the Vice President will continue and I will continue to rest,” Buhari said at the presidential villa. “All I need is to do further follow-ups within some weeks.”
He said he was “conscious” of the needs of the economy, mired in its first recession in 25 years due to a collapse in oil revenues, but failed to clarify Osinbajo’s role or the extent of his powers now Buhari is back home.
Buhari had formally made him acting president when he left for treatment, but that appointment can only stand when the President is out of the country.
Buhari also did not reveal details of his sickness.
“I couldn’t recall when last I had a blood transfusion,” he said. About his treatment in London he added: “Blood transfusions, going to the laboratories and so on and forth.”
Buhari has travelled to Britain several times to consult doctors since his election two years ago.
Officials have refused to disclose details, saying only that he had undergone routine tests. This fuelled speculation that his health was worse than publicly admitted.
In a new video clip filmed during the press conference held on Friday at No.1 Festus Keyamo Lane, Anthony Village, Lagos, the Canadian-based Nigerian singer, Stephanie Otobo, claims to have had a romantic and s*xual affair with the influential cleric, admitted that the founder and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman, made some earth shattering revelations. spoilt her with money.
